These are the terms you accept when you sign a service agreement with Credloom. They restate the rights you already have under the Credit Repair Organizations Act and add the practical terms — billing, refunds, liability, governing law — that apply to our relationship.
Before you sign: the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act gives you a written right to cancel any credit-repair agreement within three business days, for any reason, with no penalty — and that right cannot be waived.
